Specify your search

Type your destination in the search engine on the homepage.
Save time in your booking process by inserting your check-in and check-out dates at this point. The search engine results will already take into account the availability of hotels based on your dates.

The search results appear on the left-hand column with easy-to-modify criteria.

Our 'Olo' icon Oloclub logoappears under the price of each hotel to indicate the total amount of Euros you can earn as part of our Oloclub reward programme.

Prior to selecting a hotel, you can locate it and view a photo by hovering on it with your mouse.

Select your hotel

You can view information about the hotel by clicking on its name in the search result list.

To save time and avoid going back to the search result list, the list appears on the left hand column. All hotel details can be viewed without changing page.

You can then select the room type you wish to book.

When your choice is made, click on the 'Book' button. In some cases, an 'On Request' button will appear instead of the 'Book' button. Click on it to continue the process. However, note that your booking will only be confirmed after an email from our customer support team has been sent once we have checked the availability.

Proceed with payment

You access directly to a single payment page to quickly proceed with the completion of your booking

All your booking details as well as general information about our secure online payment service and cancellation policy can be found on the left hand side.

At this stage, we invite you to identify yourself by logging into your account where all your personal details are stored (an account is automatically set-up after your first booking with Olotels.com).

Booking confirmation

As soon as your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with an identification number for all subsequent contact with our customer support team as well as an email with a voucher that needs to be printed and presented to the hotel upon check-in.

A default password and a link to your account can also be found on the confirmation email. You will be able to view all your bookings as well as your Oloclub membership statement.

The 'Oloclub' Euros earned for booking your hotel stay are automatically credited to your account.
